Beautiful day, cool and sunny. Only walked 1/2 mile though, just kinda sore all over from riding the stationary bike. Been sleeping more too. All part of an adjustment I guess. 182, WOO HOO!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
