Didn't lose any weight this week. But I didn't gain either. I really think it is all that sodium I ate for lunch yesterday. I know better...well, I'm going to have an awesome week and stay on track again!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
