Another good eating day led to a pre-dinner weigh in of 209.4. About to take my daughter back to college for the weekend, so ate up all the salad fixings in the house in two MASSIVE salads! Delicious. Calories up a bit based on all those extra veggies I slammed, but I'll deal with that. I calculate 196.7 lbs. after I drop this extra water.

Here are the 8/21/14 Tanita Numbers (after dinner, no workout):

Your right on track!!! - I can't believe family vacation over so soon!!!! Food wise you did great for being on vacation- You lose weight quick, it will be only matter of time that your at goal- I got to get my excercise routine in high gear and tweak the diet again start moving the weight down- I wish I had a 3rd of your excercise motivation

Massive salads are my "cheat foods' that I do not record.. I figure that the veggies are a lot better than the little debbie swiss rolls that I devoured before my change of life style of eating..
