Gained .8lbs... WAY too much celebrating for my birthday... But damn is was good... :)

Here's to a better week! No more candy-filled holidays for a while. Time to get back to business and lose these last few pounds. Come on, Deb, you can do it!
135.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not bad Deb, you'll see the .8 go away pretty quickly once you get back to eating normal - trust me, I know from my week long birthday celebration. I know you'll be down the last 5 quickly. I am glad you had a good birthday and I hope you enjoyed all the goodies (which hopefully included some CAKE, yummy!).
