I know what should and should not be doing, why can't I follow thru? I must keep trying.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know what you mean. I know what I should and should not be doing but I do not always follow through. So far this site has helped me. Some of my clothes do not fit any more so I am determined to get back into them. I guess you could say I am going to go shopping in my closet. Maybe I might even treat myself to a few newer ones. Just stay focused on your end result 2 or 3 pounds at a time. It will be worth it when you reach your goal.

Thanks for the encouragement. I hate when I pull something from the closet and it is too small or tight. I must stay focused and follow thru.
