Keep working out is my mantra....haven't been 100% on the food side.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

I think that if that works for you, that is fabulous. I have found that food is 70% of where my weight loss happens and the workout just adds definition and toning to my body.

If you can bring the food side under a little more control, the workouts should help you speedily reach your goal! A little sacrifice today pays off handsomely tomorrow. Good Luck eat2lose!
