Well things are falling down hill faster then I can see! I am so frustrated right now....I read every ones posts and see all the weight loss and then I look at my chart and see all the ups and downs and steady lines and I get angry!!! I know I need to step back and look at the big picture and I know that I have come so far in a nice amount of time, but I am truly ready to throw in the towel! I am so aggravated right now and it isn't going away! I want to get this last 15 lbs off, but summer time is so frustrating for me...I try to eat right as much as I possibly can, I do great during the day..then at night I play ball and have no time to stop and cook dinner and eat right and then I feel like it blows up in my face! I have chosen to take the week off and not worry about things right now....concentrate on my portion control and then starting on Monday I will start the EFS and see if that can help me get to where I want to be. I purchased the book yesterday and I am going to read up and see what I need to do to get to my goal...but with my mind set the way it is right now I am going to step back and just relax and then come Monday it is on again! I wish you all the best of luck with everything....keep positive, you can all do this!!! Sorry for the venting, but I needed it....THANKS!!!

It's all good. We all have those bad days. Just stay positive and it will happen for you eventually. Have a good weekend and think good thoughts.

I know it is so hard but hang in there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I try to plan ahead and cook ahead - A new idea I did was make little egg white omelets in a muffin pan just spray the pan put whatever veggies you want and top off with egg whites -put them in the oven for about 20 minutes I used the deep muffin pan - then you can have for dinner with a salad - they are good cold or heat up in the microwave - make a big pot of veggie chili it is filling and it taste better the next day. Well that is my two cents -Hopefully I will have a good weight loss on Thursday to back this up. GOOD LUCK - YOU ARE THERE FOR EVERYONE!! It is good that you are not giving up. Taking some time off will be good for you. You can come back energized and ready to smash those last 15! You can do it!

Oh Heather, I am right there with you! I got back from vacation and weighed in today to a huge gain. I am also struggling with the same problems as you and when I step back and am honest with myself, I know I am not being consisten and that is why I am not seeing the results I want. I am starting fresh today on EFS and we can do this together!

I have so been where you are at and I did throw in the towel and waited until I was really ready to do it again. Then when I was ready I tried the efs and here I am 10 pounds lighter. I know that it will be hard for me to lose from here though, I can't seem to pass 10 pounds. When you are ready just start again. I am sure that you will be happy with the results. You can do it.
