Do you remember when we were discussing that Cheat has the word EAT in it? The word Health also has the word eat in it. Do I want to cheat or do I want health? I choose Health! Have a great weekend, everyone!

Deb have you ever hit a plateau? It seems like you have the exact formula for what works for your body, and it keeps working; I find that my body gets used to doing what I'm doing to a certain extent and gets stuck. And it does not accept certain things . . . Or maybe I'm just imagining it?

Thank you, everyone! My plateau was the month of January. When everyone was so excited to lose weight in the new year, I started January at 195 lbs and January 31 I was 194 lbs. It was a brutal month for me. In February I decreased processed and packaged foods with salt, but getting my fiber to 25 grams a day was important.

Good for you Deb I didn't realize how much weight you have lost you are so close. Keep up the good work, I know the fruit and veggie diet really works and it gives you tons of energy, see you there in a couple of days :)
