Yesss. Fatboy is on his way. My self image is improving. Last night I told my wife a caught a glimpse of a skinnier me waking past the buildings in downtown Boston. My gut didn't look so big. Imagine when I get to 220s, 210s, 210s and below? Yes I can.

Now the trick is to get moving and eat right this weekend. Wish me luck.

I am happy.

You can do it, just watch your carb intake. Think Meat and veggies and don't forget your coconut oil too. Can put a teaspoon over your veggies.

Good job ... every pound lost is a reflection of hard work/ focus! It's wonderful to keep an image of your future self as part of the long term vision. keep imagining what you will look like at those lower numbers - you will get there. Also, love what C67241 said ... that's what did it for me: meat, veggies and coconut oil (among other things fats).

Thanks everyone. Bacon,eggs and cheese for breakfast. Heading to the supermarket before lunch to get veggies. Let's see if I can keep my carb count under 100g today. Remember everyone, my weight loss is progressing despite having north of 150g of carbs daily all because I am sticking to my RDI. Fingers crossed that I stay on track. I am glad to have everyone's support as I am supportive of those who appear to be making an effort. Good luck to us all.

Alright now, Ches -- I believe you are getting the hang of this thing for sure. Keep seeing yourself in that mirror looking thinner, thinner, pooof!! Ches, if you like pork fried skins and cream cheese, knock yourself out.
