Went back to bed after church. Trying to get my joints rested. So, I slept alot and didn't eat well today. I wasn't hungry at all and had to force myself to eat a little.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
