Was I hallucinating or did my scale actually say that early this morning? I had my blood test and it was a fasting test with some tablets I took last night that I still feel sick from! My big sis is visiting from overseas and we are having a big family get together at my mom's house tonight! Help! I am taking a broiled salmon and salad! Lunch at my in-laws tomorrow and BBQ at my house on Sunday. G-d be with me with all this delicious food around. I am deliberately doing hi/ lo cal days so it should work!

I was very impressed by the trainer I met with yesterday! He is going to make a periodization chart of my worko based on my goals. He seemed to know a lot . .. . anyway, he shares my birthday but born in 1992! that's when I graduated from high school!

Just trying to get through each day (sometimes, ok often, it's hard), and enjoy the little moments.

I will tackle each of these little tasks that are daunting me and giving me anxiety instead of freezing up and getting overwhelmed. It's just like the laundry. Just gotta keep doing it, so it doesn't pile up too much, and even if there's 12 loads, you just have to do them one at a time. . ..
