Time to regroup - AGAIN.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Patience, BuffyBear....you've lost 6 pounds since 3/21, or not quite 8 weeks ago. That's nearly a pound a week (.75 lb)....so what's wrong with that?? You've been watching too much Biggest Loser...LOL!! Seriously, you're doing fine! Remember that each pound lost is a higher percentage of your weight as you get smaller. We turtles rock!!!!
