Day 2 of my "kick start, restart" self challenge.

Slight fluctuation vs yesterday- the upside is that while its so minute thats it's hardly worth nothing - but its still downwards. Every gram counts when trying to get to a kilo.

Maybe its all in my head but I can FEEL being just that tiny bit heavier. My body just feels a bit bigger - how one tiny kilo can hardly be that. Could be water retention but to be honest I stay extremely well hydrated.

Being a woman this could just be horemones as well - who knows, we sure did get the shorter stick when it comes to weight stability.

I'm re-motivating myself by looking back at my journey, where I've been terribly fat and phoots to my pre-quitting smoking phase where I was in the best shape ever - and thats where I want to be again. When I came across that picture of me in my bikini which was about a year and half ago its so depressing. I was so thin and looked so good...

And here I am now 6kgs heavier and while I can't say I'm fat, I FEEL fat. I feel so self concious of my body.

Lets hope that the weight drops down below the 60 range again and I can hopefully still break the 58 by the end of August. Its very optimistic but I'm going to keep trying!
