Went to the greek festival yesterday. Quite proud of myself. I didn't gain any weight. I ate some chicken, mousakka and spinokopita (sp). Not even going to try to put that in the diet calendar. I avoided the sweets completely. I have 17 more days to lose the next 5.5 lbs to meet my next mini goal. I'm betting I exceed that.
According to that site for BMI, I should be looking to weight 135 and not 125. Maybe that is why last time around I could only get to 133 and never lower? Edit: Just changed my goal weight from 125 to 130. I think that might be a bit more realistic for me.

I've lost 15 percent of my body fat, and gained 11.7 lbs of muscle.
