In spite of my back injury earlier this week, I've lost a little. I guess you could say I swapped out Sunday and Monday's exercise for the Wed./Thurs which I usually skip anyway. That means I was only down one day....

On the other hand my meals are getting tiresome and I have to go read my South Beach book and try to shake it up some. No I'm not on south beach but the recipes are interesting and can fit in my eating philosophy.
191.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
