Today is my first day on SBD. The only other diet that I ever tried was Atkins...but I had to stop that because I was having chest pains with it, and high cholesterol. I really like this diet so far- I am new to following a program for losing weight.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi! I just started a week ago and I have to admit, it's the easiest diet I've tried so far. I did Atkins a few years ago and lost 15 pounds, but it all came back and then some. Long ago I tried the Zone and it worked for awhile, but that too came back and then some. Even though it's only been a week, I've lost 4 lbs and feel much more energetic that ever before. Plus, no hunger pangs. I'm sure this will work for you too. Good luck and we're all here to support each other and I have to say this is best support group (actually only) that I've ever had and it is SO encouraging and helpful! I'm sure you'll find many people to help cheer you along the way. Best of luck again and I'll be losing right along side with you!
