This weigh in follow the now traditional weekly cheat day (as advocated by Tim Ferriss 4HB). I certainly hope to lose this extra weight (an more) in the coming days. I indulged in a lot of bread and carbohydrates such as rice (I was thirsty as hell after that)
215.0 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
