This is so ridiculous!

one week where I ate a bit more than usual and now I'm one kilo up.

It's all my fault and I'm the one responsible but the fact that it happens so quickly I get irritated at.

I know this is temporary but it really is hard to keep thinking I'm making steps forward and then take them back.

to get to my goal of 54 kilos by December I cannot let these mistakes happen.

I feel annoyed that I had a stressful week and I'm in weight.
132.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
