I guess I have officially hit my first plateau. It can't be blamed on the Prednisone any longer. LOL!
212.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I've read that it can take time for the body to re-regulate itself after stopping prednisone, at least some people have reported this. So, it's possible it could still be affecting you for a while:)

Thank you Stef. So do I. I won't complain though, as long as I don't gain any back. I know you've been enduring your plateau for a long time and it's still much better than being the size we were! {{{{{HUGS!!!}}}}}
