Steviefan1's Journal, 09 August 2014

I can hardly believe I see 190 this morning. I am so happy that this surgery decision is working so well for me. I feel that after nearly 40 years of living my life on a 'diet' that never worked, or never could keep it off for more than a month, this was the very best thing I could have done. At 55, I want to live a little before I die ( plus all of my high BP, COL, BS, are well controlled now ) I feel fantastic already, and still have 70 pounds to go! I am walking about a mile a day, can ride my stationary bike, and am getting ready to join the YMCA. Life feels good!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
