My weight is coming off too quickly right now, even though I am eating 2,000 calories a day. My inches are not moving much. I am a little worried because of TOM - I expect to be a little heavier and bloated at the moment. That lasted the two days before TOM, but now I'm back to regular measurements and losing weight. Hmmm...

Most likely this is because of my focus on cardio and my Zumba 10-day accelerated program. I am working really hard to make sure I am not losing muscle, which is a big concern when doing too much cardio. I am on Day 7 of the 10 days. On the 11th day I will rest, and then I will start back with P90X, alternating days with Zumba.
The most success just comes from the Atkins diet. I've never been a size 2 before - it's pretty sweet. But I don't want to overdo cardio and end up skinny fat. Blech. Can't wait to get back to my heavy lifting next week!
