I wasnt very focused last week!... didnt exercise fr the las 5 days and spend the weekend with mum... eating mum's home made meals!!! mmm... very tasty but saddly full of carbs! oh well... Im back on track... will try to loose 3k this week!
143.3 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
