Not bad after the Mother's Day feast I enjoyed Sunday afternoon. I'll take it!

Back to no exercise, though. One of my incisions from surgery is separating, so I'm back to the same restrictions as week two. For at least a week. This is going to suck all over again.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 60.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
