Take a 3 day break from months of dieting, gain 2 pounds. Isn't dieting grand. Doesn't help i was in a plateau for a week and a half either. Can't wait for this birth control to wear off already.
223.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 04 August 2014:
1338 kcal Fat: 47.90g | Prot: 95.33g | Carb: 129.80g.   Breakfast: Equate Women's One Daily, Farmland Foods Cubed Ham, Naturally Nested Egg, Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino (9.5 oz). Lunch: Safeway Cafe Bowl Chef Salad, Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino (9.5 oz). Dinner: Glaceau Vitamin Water Power-c Dragonfruit (Bottle), A.1. Perfect example of why it isn't that you GO on a diet but CHANGE your dietary habits. Forever. If you consider it being on a diet, as soon as you "finish" and go off the diet you will gain everything back. Did you suddenly eat everything you had stopped eating for months?
