Weight loss has def slowed, but i havent been exercising as much and I'm nearing my goal.

Contest ends next Wednesday and I've lost at least 17lbs. *fingers crossed*
148.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
