Did good throughout the week. Weekend was a little hard because we had to eat out. I wasn't so upset about eating at souper salad, but sonic, I think, is where I consumed some high calories. Hopefully nothing over 600. Plus I hadn't done any hard exercising thursday or Friday, but I did do some walking and a few home exercises out of magazines. Hope to do better this week.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
