My goal was to be in the 130s by August 1st. I missed it by 8/10 of a pound. And I'm "ok" with that! In fact, I am really, really happy. Thanks, FS, for helping me get back to "me".
140.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
