Back to my normal weigh in date... 1.8 lbs down for the week is about normal for me, so I'm happy about that... and definitely clearly below my goal of 299... now on to the next goal of 275!
298.8 lb Lost so far: 40.2 lb.    Still to go: 99.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
