Small workout with weights this morning. My sons renegged on their lawnmowing agreement and so yesterday I unexpected mowed the lawn in the humid Texas heat. I'm counting it as my 2nd workout for the day.

I would normally be discouraged at maintaining the weight, but this is the lowest I've been in a long time. Further, NOT gaining over a weekend that also included a party is a huge accomplishment for me.

Looking forward to hitting 190! And then breaking it!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You're doing great. I admire your consistency in the workouts and maintaining the diet. Weekends are hard, but in some ways I think the break from the daily grind is useful. It's nice to have a break, plus it can be motivating to get moving on the week again. Did you decide to move your workouts to night? How's that going?
