I've been eating very healthily...fruits, vegetables, tubers, fish, lean meats - mostly chicken, venison, ground beef. Natural foods are the tastiest, and yet, sometimes, I get cravings for garbage food. Like yesterday, my mind went off kilter from a lack of sleep and as soon as I got home, my blood sugar started to fall from hunger and I ate several large strawberries. I should have stooped there, but I didn't. I drank coffee creamer, ate a large serving of mini tacos, taquitos, and egg rolls, then drank more creamer. It was two seconds after I swallowed those first few ounces of creamer the first time when I decided that I would be indulging and puking afterwards. And so I did. And Chris was home watching a movie. I didn't hide it from him. I never have. I know most bulimics do, our so I've read often. Not me. Brutal honesty. I'm skinny fat. that's what I am. And I'm going to get back into my clothes by October 1st. Notice I didn't say my "skinny clothes". No, because I will not keep "fat clothes" on hand. I, instead, will suffer through the fat stage concealing my sexy feminine with the few androgynous men shirts I have from my previous fat years. Punishment comes in all forms, ha!
111.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
