YES!!!!! finally down... and i've decided to change my weigh in day to Saturday to keep me accountable on fridays and give me an extra day to give full effort after my usual sunday spike days.

Monday I added weights to my workouts every day so I was super scared for this weeks weigh in b/c weight lifting usually stalls me, and i've made it so much about the scale that i didn't want to see the gain. but i was WRONG!... My body is starting to look awesome! I think i look better at 177 today than i did at 171 a year ago, b/c i didn't incorporate weights until i got to about 165. I think i'm even smaller now than i was at that weight b/c i'm able to wear clothes i couldn't then!

Another revelation, i know i can practically starve myself. i've done it.. and i've lost lots of weight. that i usually gain back very quickly. i lost almost a pound between yesterday and today EVEN after eating more food!

So i did some research to figure out where my cals should be. and i should be in the 1200-1300 range. No more low cal days. its much more enjoyable to eat AND lose, and with my level of activity i have to eat well in order to keep toning. (yes i know i should know this already but i needed proof that it works for me so i wouldn't be scared to eat lol)

Moral of the story: sure, i could have been at my goal by now, by eating 500-700 cals a day, starving myself, and not exercising... but i'd much rather have a slow loss and mold my body into what i want.

Compliments on my legs keep rolling in, i'm wearing dresses and such, its a lovely thing!! :)..

So my 5 year old daughter has a PROM today (eye roll)... but secretly i can't weight... i'll post a pic after i doll her up :)
