Have been eating less calories. I'm not measuring but estimating daily about 1200-1300. Eating popcorn popped on the stove with olive oil, but no butter anymore. Walking into/from work. Need more but is a start.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
