I've started "walking" on a treadmill now that I keep in my bedroom. Surprisingly, I'm enjoying it! And I'm not the exercise type at all. I used to walk w/friends back in college, and on occasion I go walking at the mall w/friends (not shopping, seriously, LOL), but now I can do it while watching my favorite TV shows, and that's kinda cool.

If it helps further tone my thighs, I'll be satisfied. :)

Down to 163, too! Yay!
163.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

yay! i'm new to the exercise thing as well - started walking 3 weeks ago, started going to the gym 2 weeks ago - i feel so much better and you will too! congrats on the loss - you're doing so well, getting close to your goal - woo hoo!
