Size 10s AND into the 160's on the same sunny Friday!! God is good! (All the time.)

And 35.5% BF. Not changing much, but I haven't been able to workout as much as normal since sugery. 3 more weeks and I can get back at it!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
