Weight up a little. Not concerned as I have the keys in place. Thinking of using the diet journal again. Really want to hit my goal of 165, but the weight is holding fast.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm having a really hard time with my last 15 lbs, too, even using the diet journal! But the journal does help. Good luck!
