im so unmotivated and have some family worries but that is no ecxcuse i know if it ever stops rINING WHERE I CAN GO OUT MORE I WILL DO BETTER

It rains a lot where I am, so I have a plan B... a low impact aerobics tape (Gilad) which I can play at home on days I can't get out.
