Today I am up to 189.4.
That's not bad after the weekend that I had and I am super excited that it didn't cross back into 190 territory. My friend and I are returning to her 10 day diet - are we crazy? Did we not get enough of it the first time?
Actually, I find it quite manageable. I get to have foods that I have previously banned from my house due to their potential for me to overeat. I don't feel deprived of foods that I want. Due to the daily cycling, I see daily results. And - now this might all be in my mind - food is making me energized not sleepy.
I should do a paper on desk jobs and my thoughts that it reprograms how our bodies process food.
