Did not eat anything until about 2 o'clock when I had about 2 ounces of cheese and a few crackers 8 9 and a gin and tonic ? I had some people for gin and tonic and that started at 530 and from then until 8 I had 2 gin and tonics and an assortment of small bites.
Glad I didn't gain weight.
211.4 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
