Haven't been up to par with my workouts lately, have to put it on pause, due to Whiplash......-_-" joy. Got rear ended over the weekend, so i will be taking the time to heal and eat, and not gain weight lol.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 41.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Recovering from any injury is difficult and takes time, but that doesn't mean you have to put all of your fitness goals on hold ... try some leg movements or gentle stretching motions. Always check with your physician first but keep your body active and moving towards your goals ... don't let an injury rear end that! Good Luck :-)!
