Muscle weighs more. Exercise can cause you to retain water. I know all that is true.... but I am still disappointed that I didn't hit 145 today. After the extreme exercises from the last few days I do feel thinner and at least the scale went the right direction!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have had the same problem. But the scale finally dropped. So just keep going. I am noticing fat loss all over. It takes time. You will be fine.
