I did 38 minutes at the gym yesterday. This morning, a nice result when I stepped on the scales.

Also, I've passed under a benchmark weight: 16 stone (224 pounds). It's another significant marker on my way towards my goal. I've now less than 60 pounds to go to reach a goal that seemed extraordinarily distant in March of last year.
223.6 lb Lost so far: 113.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

In answer to your question I exercise every morning for about 40 minutes and most evenings for about 30. The past 2 months I have been taking Saturday or Sunday off. I do kettlebells and then I had done the slim in 6 program which I had awesome results with so I have a number of Debbie Sieber's dvds which combine weights with cardio. They are made to slim you down not bulk you up.

Way to go fledgist, you must be so proud, also feel so much better in your mind and body. It is amazing it can be done. Just knuckle down and do it. Congrats to you and all your hard work!!!

Thanks, all. Cathy, that's a serious regimen of exercise. I do 35 minutes at least three days a week at the gym (and some days more). Some weeks I get up to four or five days.
