Today I walked for 35minutes. My legs started to cramp so I stopped. I walked approx. 1 1/2 mile. My goal for the upcoming week is to follow all the goals and pass the next time we weigh in.
275.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 130.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi. I was going to delete you from the challenge but I decided to give you another chance since it seems like you're keeping notes on your journal although you haven't make a post on the challenge forum. Please go to the forum and post a picture and/or at least make a comment at the forum topics so I'll know that you're still with us on the challenge. I've already deleted about 70% of those who joined the challenge, claiming that they're desperate but inactive. Good luck.
