My weight is up just 0.2 today. I'm very surprised with all of the cheese I had yesterday. I expected to be up a pound or so. Maybe it's only milk that really upsets me. I'll keep playing with that.

I'm going to keep around 60 NC and maybe start bumping up to find my CLL. My body is just exhausted right now. I'm going to back off on the exercise a bit - not so much how often, but how intense. I took last week as a Recovery Week, but I am still tired. I think after how hard I worked and how far I came the last 8 weeks my body wants an extended break. Bummer - I have a lot of challenges going on and was looking forward to working towards my Ultimate Goals. But for now I'll have to back off and stay a little steady. Oh, well. I'm far, far ahead of where I started. I'll keep lifting weights and walking and doing some Zumba, just not as much as I was hoping for now. :)
141.4 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I just realized I started eating those waffles and peanut butter for breakfast and have been exhausted this whole week. I already had it for breakfast this morning, but I will be cutting those out and see if I have an improvement. Maybe it's NOT from overtraining - maybe it's from the wheat and other grains and the peanut butter.

Have you ever wondered its not the exercise but the diet? Put more carbs in your diet and you may be surprised. Just an idea carbs are not bad excess calories is what puts on the fat.

Nope. I already did the carb route when I did Clean Eating. It doesn't work for me. Grains are pretty unnecessary. It's actually carbs that are linked to things like high cholesterol and heart disease and increased fat stores due to insulin issues.
