My birthday was yesterday, so this was a bad weekend. I did not cheat, maybe too much steak, but no bday cake, but I did drink. I tried to keep it with straight with no juices or anything in my drinks. I thought I would have gained 50lbs, but only 1 lb. Yesterday, I got back on track after being lost about 2 days in partying.
