Found out that the crab cakes were more carbs than I thought at Tahoe Joes's...and I was still hungty later on in the evening....so I tried to just eat fatty foods.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
