Whoo Hoo!!

Under 180 for the first time in over 15 years!!
179.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1492 kcal Fat: 107.18g | Prot: 113.73g | Carb: 17.48g.   Breakfast: coffee-mate powdered creamer, fried egg, black coffee, olive oil, JIMMY DEAN SAUSAGE CRUMBLES. Lunch: hard salami, deli sliced honey ham, slice colby jack cheese. Dinner: Caesar Salad Dressing, organic mixed green salad, center cut pork chop. Snacks/Other: perfect zero carb isopure whey protein isolate. more...
