Am so happy I joined this challenge - it is exactly what I needed to start gradually moving again at my own pace. Think May is going to be a good month.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1878 kcal Fat: 146.40g | Prot: 105.89g | Carb: 32.80g.   Breakfast: Calcium & D, water, smithfield bacon, green onion, feta cheese, butter, egg, sweetener, brewed coffee, cream. Lunch: water, tea, omelet. Dinner: hard boiled egg, feta, kens creamy ceasar, yellow pepper, avacado, chicken, tomato, water, baby greens. Snacks/Other: ground pork, whipped cream, almonds, strawberries. more...

Hi Buffy! I love first of the months'! They hold the promise of good things to come. I am going to refer to this month as The Motivational Month of May. Maybe that will keep me going. Don't forget your motto, Buffy! You can do this!
