My blood sugar is a disaster and yesterday I forgot to do a lantus shot. Today I am moving my lantus back to bedtime bc my b/s was too high this morning. I think it would be great if I could remember to do it at noon, but I doubt I'd be great at it. So, since I'm going lantus-free today, I won't bother writing down my b/s. Will start again tomorrow.
On the bright side I'm down to 201! I haven't been under 203 for a good long time and I'm really hoping I'll get under 200 soon. I have it in my mind that I'll feel really awesome when I get down to 183, which was the weight I was at when Milo was conceived at the end of 2002. I spent a long time at that weight after I had him, too, up until, I think, sometime in 2007. So, I hope I can keep the downward trend going!
Eating all meat/cheese/egg is feeling great still! Yesterday I had a can of tuna with mayo/onion/relish, a smallish portion of homemade buffalo chicken, 1 deviled egg (had to choke that down, ugh), and a serloin steak at The Riviera. I think I probably could have gone with only the breakfast and dinner, but I was out and about most of the day and worried about being stuck out starving. I am going to try the next few days to really eat only when I am actually hungry.
