I have again reached a new lowest weigh-in. I am now at 112.2 kgs - getting even closer to my initial goal. :)
Yesterday I dived into the wonders of low cal ice cream. I went a little overboard, and almost passed my RDI, but it's all good. I loved it all, and it filled a little hole in my soul.
I also learned from the experience that I should NOT do it again, because I have had an upset stomach all night. Ouch. I think that is why I reached a new lowest weight today. I literally purged of everything! lol. Sorry for the details.
Anyways, weekend is around the corner, it looks like it will be another nice day in spring, and tonight I will rehearse with the band. :) Life is good!

EDIT: YES! I have reached the BLUE BAR!
247.4 lb Lost so far: 94.4 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
