Well, it's been about a month since I weighed in last and I'm up about 1.5 pounds or so, but it's no surprise since I've been eating horribly and not getting as much exercise. Now it's time to get back on track before that 1.5 up turns into 5 then 10.

Yesterday after work I went for a run, which I haven't done since Friday and it was a good workout, but I only made it a little over 2 miles. Once my hip started hurting I quit and now today I'm not sore and limping around, so I think I made the right choice. Tonight the kids have friends staying the night, so they will have taken over the house when I get home, so no workout, but I'm going to try to get one in both days this weekend.

Eating wise I'm going to try to get back on track in the next couple of weeks. Today I'm going to try to stick with only foods that I already have planned and hopefully I'll get to the store tomorrow to buy some healthy things for next week. I've been so tired lately and I know some of that comes from eating crap. Time for a change!
